Turmeric smoothie for weight loss

- Turmeric paste - 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp
- Chopped Mango - 1/4 Cup
- Chopped Banana - 1/4 Cup
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Honey - as per taste
- Ground Cinnamon - 1/4 Tsp
- Ginger - small piece
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
And serve it with cardamon at the top, then drink the juice.
WHEN TO USE
Drink this juice daily to see the changes.
